I am an enterprise transformation leader with over 22 years of experience building and scaling transformation and Business Excellence functions across BFSI, Insurance, Telecom, Healthcare, Travel, and Digital Marketing — and a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Most recently, I founded and scaled the first dedicated Business Excellence & Transformation function in the global digital marketing industry — a transformation and Business Excellence centre of excellence spanning quality, process, data governance, in-house tooling, and automation and AI adoption, built on Six Sigma foundations.
A defining part of this was introducing and embedding the Six Sigma culture across the organisation for the first time — training and certifying practitioners, establishing a shared language for quality, and making structured, data-led improvement part of how teams work every day.
My focus is on the discipline that endures across every technology wave: rigorous problem definition, measurable outcomes, and cultures of continuous improvement that outlast any single initiative. It is the same rigour I now bring to automation, process intelligence, and AI-enabled transformation.
