I am a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 22 years of experience building and scaling Business Excellence functions across BFSI, Insurance, Telecom, Healthcare, Travel, and Digital Marketing.
Most recently, I founded and scaled the first dedicated Business Excellence function in the global digital marketing industry — a Six Sigma-led quality and transformation centre of excellence spanning quality operations, process standardisation, data governance, in-house tooling, and AI adoption.
A defining part of this was introducing and embedding the Six Sigma culture across the organisation for the first time — training and certifying practitioners, establishing a shared language for quality, and making structured, data-led improvement part of how teams work every day.
